Choice of shirt details and initials
The choice of all the details of the shirt (neck, wrist, etc ...) and initials are for free.
Shipping and delivery times
All custom clothes will be delivered at your home address within 15 days of receipt of you order. (You will be contacted in the rare case of any delay due to the supply of fabrics).
The ready-made items will be delivered within 2 days of purchase.
For urgent deliveries we recommend to contact us directly by phone or email, we will do our best to satisfy your requests.
As couriers we use TNT, DHL or equivalent. We also offer the option to collect your products directly from one of our stores located in Monza and Fiorano al Serio. In this case we will not charge you for shipping.
Guarantees
You are protected by Italian law governing distance sales (Law No. 185 of 22/05/99).
Payment
Payment can be made in two ways:
- 1) Paypal. Payment is guaranteed and protected. It is possible to pay with your paypal account or by credit card. The circuit Paypal accepts all major credit cards and rechargeable cards (Visa , Amex, Bacoposta, Postepay, ect).
- 2) Bank transfer. Please note that the order is considered confirmed only after payment is received.
